None required! Shadow boxing and footwork drills need nothing. But Stride works great with heavy bags, speed bags, jump ropes, or any equipment you have. The circuit timer adapts to any training style.

Stride combines structured training plans, drill tracking, and progress logging with a custom circuit timer. It's a complete solo training system, not just a clock. Track what you train, log technique notes, and see your progression over time.

All your training data is stored locally on your device using secure local storage and SQLite database. Your technique notes, training logs, and progression never leave your device.

Yes! You can export all your data at any time from the More page. This creates a JSON backup file that you can save to iCloud Drive, Files, or anywhere you choose. You can import this backup later to restore your data.

If you delete the app, all your local data will be removed from your device. This is permanent and cannot be undone unless you've created a backup export first. We recommend exporting your data regularly as a precaution.
